Idag besøgte vi vores advokat, som vi har valgt at benytte til at gennemgå entreprise kontrakten. Samtidig med dette, udarbejder han skøde på vores nye grund og klargører dette til kommunen.
Selvom vi er godt forberedte, og der ikke var mange spørgsmål/fordrejninger som advokaten kunne fange os på, så gav han alligevel værdifulde indspark til kontrakten. Det giver utrolig sikkerhed i byggeriet, og giver den fornødne ro i maven til at man gør skrive en sådan kontrakt under.
Jeg anbefaler alle som er igang med dette, at få en advokat til at gennemgå entreprisekontrakten. Når vi får svaret fra ham, vil jeg ligge de vigtigste punkter op, således I kan benytte dem til senere brug.
